We're hiring a strategic Global Director, Talent & Total Rewards to lead the design and execution of our global talent strategy across the U.S., EU, and Mexico. In this highly visible role, you'll build competitive compensation and benefits programs, drive global workforce planning, and shape the talent experience that powers our company's growth.
Preferred: Spanish proficiency, global mobility experience, and HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, CCP, GPHR)
You'll have the opportunity to shape global frameworks from the ground up, embed fairness and transparency across regions, and directly impact our global workforce strategy.
