We're hiring a strategic Global Director, Talent & Total Rewards to lead the design and execution of our global talent strategy across the U.S., EU, and Mexico. In this highly visible role, you'll build competitive compensation and benefits programs, drive global workforce planning, and shape the talent experience that powers our company's growth.

What You'll Do

  • Build and lead global talent attraction, retention, and workforce planning strategies
  • Oversee global compensation, benefits, salary structures, and incentive programs
  • Ensure compliance with global regulations, including EU Pay Transparency
  • Lead performance management, onboarding, and career development programs
  • Deliver data-driven insights on pay equity, turnover, and workforce trends
  • Partner with senior leadership and mentor a high-performing HR team

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in HR leadership with expertise in compensation + talent strategy
  • Experience supporting teams across the U.S., EU, and Mexico
  • Strong understanding of global compliance and pay transparency requirements
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed environment
  • Data-driven decision-making and strong analytical skills

Preferred: Spanish proficiency, global mobility experience, and HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, CCP, GPHR)
